Self-rated health and its related influencing factors among emergency department physicians: a national cross-sectional study

Background Protecting and improving the personal health of healthcare workers is critical to efficiency quality care. To effectively meet needs emergency service system, physicians need be in a good state health. However, due special characteristics work department, have face various psychosocial pressures, which may bring them physical mental distress. Therefore, this study aims explore physicians' self-rated status its related factors, provide an empirical for improvement status. Method A cross-sectional survey was conducted China between July August 2018.
